Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bag. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Eligibility

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Custom-made or discounted items may not be returnable unless defective.

How to return

Email info@uptownfolks.in with your order number, the product and a short note on the issue. Once approved we'll share the return address and steps.

Refunds

After we receive and check the item, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Swap for a different colour or product, subject to availability. If it's out of stock, we'll offer store credit or a refund.

Damaged or wrong item

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
